    Not Mark Simpson this time, but Richard Nash. Soft Skull are starting up a series of occasional free downloadable iPamphlets. The first is Bush and Putin as Leaders by Jonathan Becker, which is downloadable here, with more to follow in the Soft Skull Samizdat series of 21st century Paine-esque literature:
