    IT'S A SWINDLE
In arts news... friend of 3:AM and Stuckist head honcho Charles Thomson is feeling vindicated today after a Charity Commission report found that the Tate had improperly purchased its own trustees' artwork, with quotes in The Guardian, Independent, Telegraph and Times. The Stuckists first highlighted the story back in July 2005, following a lengthy and detailed investigation. The Guardian's CultureVulture blog however denounced them as "idiotic know-nothings". The Chairman of the Guardian Media Group is one Paul Myners, also Chairman of the, erm, Tate.
